01.General Information

ISSUA SPORTS is a custom sportswear manufacturing brand operated by Soligen International in Sialkot, Pakistan. We supply made-to-order apparel to international business buyers.

All orders are subject to agreed specifications, quotations, payment arrangements and written confirmation. A quotation inquiry does not constitute an accepted order.

02.Minimum Order Quantity

Our standard minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 30 pieces. Smaller orders may be accepted only with prior written approval.

03.Quotations & Orders

Prices depend on the product type, order quantity, fabric, customization, design requirements and packaging. Customers may request quotations through our website or by email.

An order is confirmed after acceptance of the quotation, required artwork and specifications, and payment arrangements. Any changes may require a revised quotation.

04.Artwork & Customization

We accept AI, EPS, PSD, TIFF, PDF, PNG and JPG files for review, subject to suitability for production. Artwork may require conversion, recreation or digitizing before manufacture.

Custom designs, sublimation, embroidery and digitizing services are available. Any additional artwork charges will be quoted for approval before work begins.

Customers must approve names, numbers, logos, colors, sizes, placement and final artwork before production.

05.Production Lead Times

Up to 30 pieces: approximately 1 week (orders below 30 pieces require special approval).

100–150 pieces: approximately 2 weeks.

200 pieces or more: approximately 3–4 weeks.

31–99 and 151–199 pieces: production time is confirmed individually in the quotation.

Timelines are estimates and begin after written approval and receipt of the agreed advance payment. Complex designs, materials and production capacity may affect timing. International shipping time is excluded.

06.Payment Terms

A 50% advance payment is required for every confirmed order before production begins.

The remaining 50% is payable according to the schedule agreed in the quotation or proforma invoice.

07.Shipping & Delivery

Sea freight: generally more economical, with longer transit times. Air freight: generally faster, with higher shipping costs.

Shipping charges vary by destination country or region, shipment weight, volume, packaging and transport method. Each order receives an individual shipping quotation before confirmation.

Freight, insurance, customs duties and taxes are allocated under the agreed written shipping terms. Where Incoterms® apply, the rule, named location and version will be specified.

08.Changes & Cancellations

Requests for changes or cancellations should be made before production starts. Once artwork is approved and manufacturing has begun, changes or cancellations require our written agreement and may involve additional charges, subject to applicable law.

09.Quality & Claims

Please inspect products upon delivery and report visible shortages, apparent damage or defects within 14 calendar days, with order details and photographs.

Hidden defects should be reported promptly after discovery. Confirmed manufacturing issues will be addressed according to the accepted contract and applicable law.

10.Color Variations & Care

Minor differences in colors or measurements may arise from fabrics, printing techniques and production processes. Important specifications should be approved before manufacturing.

Follow the care label for each product. Where appropriate, use cold water, mild detergent and avoid bleach or excessive heat.

11.Customer Privacy & Confidentiality

Customer-owned logos, designs, artwork and confidential information will be used only for agreed quotation, development and manufacturing purposes, unless otherwise authorized.

Customer artwork will not be used for public promotion without permission. Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

12.Delays & Disputes

Production or delivery may be affected by extraordinary circumstances beyond reasonable control. We will communicate material disruptions and discuss appropriate arrangements.

Commercial disputes should first be addressed through good-faith discussion. Further resolution follows the accepted written agreement and applicable law.
