Sea Freight
Sea freight is generally more economical
for large or bulk shipments. However,
delivery times are usually longer.
Air Freight
Air freight usually provides faster
transportation but generally involves
higher charges compared with sea freight.

Shipping costs vary depending on the
destination country, city, region,
shipment weight, volume, packaging
and transportation method.
Each order receives an individual
shipping quotation based on the
destination and shipment requirements.

Shipping Quotation
Customers should provide their delivery
country, city, postal code, order
quantity and preferred shipping method.
Final freight charges and estimated
transit times will be communicated
before order confirmation.

Production & Delivery Time
Manufacturing begins after order
confirmation, artwork approval and
receipt of the required 50% advance payment.
Production and shipping times are
calculated separately. Actual transit
times may vary depending on the
shipping method, destination and
customs procedures.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
Import duties, customs clearance,
local taxes, freight and insurance
responsibilities are determined
according to the agreed shipping terms.
These charges are not automatically
included in product prices unless
expressly confirmed in the quotation.

Packaging & Dispatch
Products are packed according to the
approved order and agreed packaging
requirements.
Relevant shipping documents and
available tracking information will
be provided after dispatch where
applicable.

Shipping Delays & Insurance
International shipping may be affected
by customs inspections, weather,
transportation disruptions and
carrier schedules.
Cargo insurance and responsibility
for transit loss or damage will follow
the agreed contract and shipping terms.

Delivery Inspection & Claims
Customers should inspect shipments
upon delivery and report visible
shortages, damage or apparent defects
within 14 calendar days.
Claims should include the order
reference, photographs and a description
of the issue. Hidden defects should
be reported promptly after discovery.
Claims are subject to the accepted
contract and applicable law.
